Aunti Bobbi's "Go Green Symphony" performed with their instruments made from recycled materials August 11, 2007 at the Symphony in the Harbour.

Aunti Bobbi’s "GO Green Symphony" has been invited to perform again at the Symphony in the Harbour Event Saturday, August 9 2008 at Maffeo Sutton Park. Symphony in the Harbour is a FREE open air event that over 5000+ people each year. Plan to join in the fun…check back for full details.

Frozen Yogurt Pops

Ingredients:

1 8-oz. container of your favorite flavor of yogurt

Utensils:
small paper cups
wooden popsicle sticks (available in craft stores)
plastic wrap

Directions:
Pour yogurt into paper cups. Fill them almost to the top.
Stretch a small piece of plastic wrap across the top of each cup.

REFRESHING WATER

INGREDIENTS:
One Happy Human
Water from tap or Distilled is best
DIRECTION;
Take Happy Human and weigh them, divide the Happy Humans body weight (lbs) by 2 then have the Happy Human consume that much water in ounces by the end of the day. Increase intake of water with exercise. Keep the Happy Human hydrated their body and brain will thank you.
