Go Green Symphony Zone at Symphony in the Harbour Start: 3:00 pm End: 9:00 pm Come and join Aunti Bobbi at the Symphony in the Harbour Event. You will find her in the Go Green Symphony Zone where she will be helping kids make instruments out of recycled material, then you can try a musician’s instrument and at around 6:15 all participates who made instruments will be invited to come and perform with the Symphony for one song!!! Looking forward to seeing you there!!!

Frozen Yogurt Pops

Ingredients:

1 8-oz. container of your favorite flavor of yogurt

Utensils:
small paper cups
wooden popsicle sticks (available in craft stores)
plastic wrap

Directions:
Pour yogurt into paper cups. Fill them almost to the top.
Stretch a small piece of plastic wrap across the top of each cup.

INGREDIENTS:
One Happy Human
Water from tap or Distilled is best
DIRECTION;
Take Happy Human and weigh them, divide the Happy Humans body weight (lbs) by 2 then have the Happy Human consume that much water in ounces by the end of the day. Increase intake of water with exercise. Keep the Happy Human hydrated their body and brain will thank you.
